2nd - (Sunday) Bass Pro Marathon Cheering - Volunteers Needed
(This is such a fun event. We get up early with donuts and coffee, set up, play whatever music goes with our theme, and have fun cheering and sometimes helping the runners.)

This one-day volunteer event will support residents—especially seniors, people with disabilities, and others who need help—by moving organic storm debris to the curb ahead of scheduled City pickup sweeps.
~Volunteers wanting to help are encouraged to sign up online.
~Residents needing help to move debris to the curb can request assistance by completing the online.

24th - Springfield Citywide Storm Debris Removal Day:
Older folks and people who don’t have computer can also call the Citizen Resource Center at 417-864-1010 and the operators will fill out the assistance form for them.

This event will start and end at Pittman Elementary School. We will be serving Hot Chocolate 30minutes
before event.

We will have limited availability for curbside pickup during the Fall Cleanup for those who are in need of assistance this year. Curbside pickup must be scheduled ahead of time and may have a donation charge depending on items and weight.
